This tandem is designed to lower both our customers’ product costs and total supply chain costs. This differentiates us from competitors, who usually offer either product sourcing/distribution expertise or strategic sourcing expertise, but rarely both. 3B partners with customers to implement industry leading pricing, technical service, supply, and inventory management practices across all desired locations.

Most distributors seek to sell their customers more goods; we want our customers to spend less. This extends not only to conflict of goals, but also to product selection. Our unique approach sets us apart from the competition: using the Service by Design approach we are not tied only to warehouses filled with limited product inventory picked by internal Product Marketing teams. This enables us to truly offer exactly what’s best for our customers; instead of matching a customer’s need to the closest product someone decided to stock. Even the largest distributors carry a fraction of the millions of SKUs classified as General Industrial/MROp (Maintenance, Repair, Operating, and Production) supplies. Our direct relationships with 5,000 manufacturers and master distributors (i.e. distributors who only sell to other distributors) allow for extensive global reach and quick access to fulfill almost any need at a competitive price. Our only allegiance is to the customer.
